- Order Placement: By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to make purchases on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.
- Product Description: We strive to accurately describe our products, but we are not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions.
3. Payment on Delivery (POD) Service
- Payment Terms: For orders opted for Payment on Delivery, payment is due upon delivery of the goods.
- Buyer's Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for paying the total amount due upon delivery using a cashless transaction. (Cash not accepted)
- Seller's Rights: The seller reserves the right to withhold delivery if payment is not made.
4. . Payment Methods
- Available Payment Methods: We offer Payment on Delivery (POD) and other payment methods as specified on the Store.
- Payment Security: We take reasonable measures to secure payment transactions, but we are not liable for any unauthorized transactions.
5. Delivery and Shipping
- Delivery Timeframe: We strive to deliver products within the estimated timeframe specified on the Store.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Return Policy: We have a return policy in place, which allows you to return products within a specified timeframe.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
7. Consequences of Non-Payment
In the event of non-payment or defiance for orders opted for Payment on Delivery, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that the seller may involve relevant security agencies, including but not limited to:
- The Nigeria Police Force
- The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC)
- Other relevant law enforcement agencies
The buyer consents to the involvement of these agencies in investigating and prosecuting any potential crimes, including fraud or theft.
8. Liability and Indemnification
- Liability: We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from non-payment, non-delivery, or other issues beyond our control.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, or damages arising from your use of the Store.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these
Terms shall be resolved through the courts of Nigeria.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Store after any amendments shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
